Shipping policy

At My Spell, we’re committed to delivering your supplements quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our Shipping Policy below for details on processing times, delivery windows, international orders, and customs duties.
1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days before being shipped.
During high-demand periods or for bulk orders, processing may take up to 10 business days.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking details.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to:
Domestic Shipping:
- United States (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and military bases)
Please be aware that we can not ship orders to military bases and if you place on order with an address to a military base, your order will be cancelled or you may be asked to update your shipping address.
International Shipping:
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- European countries: France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Sweden
Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship outside of these regions.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin once your order has been shipped (after processing).
United States (Domestic): 3–6 business days
Canada & Europe: 4–8 business days
Please note: delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs inspections, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping Rates
United States: $6 flat rate. Spend $55 and shipping reduces to $3. Orders over $85 receive free shipping.
Canada (Zone 1): from $17, depending on order weight.
Europe (Zone 2): from $18, depending on order weight.
Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, and import taxes.
These charges are determined by the destination country’s authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
My Spell does not collect or control these fees, and they are not included in your order total at checkout.
If customs rejects or returns a shipment due to non-payment of duties, the order is not eligible for a refund.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear on the carrier’s website.
7. Address Changes
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that shipping details can be modified. While we may be able to accommodate address change requests within a short window, this is not guaranteed. Please double-check your information before completing checkout.
After this window, we cannot make changes, and My Spell is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
8. Split Shipments
To ensure faster delivery, some orders may be shipped in multiple packages at no extra cost to you.
9. Delays & Liability
While we work with trusted carriers, My Spell is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, incorrect addresses, or circumstances outside our control (weather, carrier issues).
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout.
